Coaching philosophy and background
This coaching practice was created for people who are tired of starting over, following random workout plans, and wondering why their progress keeps stalling. The goal is to give you a clear roadmap and a partner who understands your training history, injuries, preferences, and constraints. Every client begins with an in‑depth intake form and a conversation about work schedule, stress, sleep, nutrition, and gym access. From there, your plan is built around realistic expectations and gradual improvements instead of flashy promises. You receive guidance that cuts through noise and focuses exclusively on the habits and actions that will move you forward over the next three, six, and twelve months.
The coaching approach combines practical experience with evidence‑informed training principles, using simple tools that are easy to maintain in real life. Workouts are organized in blocks with clear intentions, such as building foundational strength, developing work capacity, or focusing on specific lifts. Technique is refined through written cues and, when needed, video feedback that reviews tempo, bar path, and joint positions. Nutritional advice prioritizes flexible, high‑protein eating patterns that respect social life, cultural habits, and personal preferences while still supporting body composition goals. The purpose is to teach you how training, food, and recovery interact so that you gradually become your own best coach.
Because consistency is more important than perfection, progress tracking is designed to be informative but not overwhelming. You update key data points each week—body weight trends, a few circumferences, check‑in photos, and brief training notes—so your coach can identify trends without demanding constant logging. When motivation dips or life gets hectic, your plan is simplified rather than abandoned, switching to maintenance phases or shorter sessions that keep you anchored. As the months pass, your training history becomes a detailed record of what works for you personally, guiding smarter decisions and helping you maintain results long after any single program ends.
Coaching is available in English and French, with flexible options for fully online support or hybrid in‑person sessions in Paris, depending on your schedule and gym location.
Whether you are new to structured training or returning after injury, the first priority is assessment and alignment—understanding where you are now, where you want to go, and how to build a path that fits your reality rather than an idealized routine.
